Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. As a small-batch business, we carefully prepare each order and aim to ship as quickly as possible.

Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75. This will be applied automatically in checkout.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship only within the United States. 

Does hot weather affect my shipment?

Because our candles are made with natural soy wax, they may soften or melt during transit during warmer months or in high temperatures.

We recommend bringing your package indoors as soon as possible after delivery and allowing products to return to room temperature before use.

What do I do if my candle arrives soft or melted?

If your candle arrives soft, please set aside to cool before use. It will firm back up at room temp. DO NOT refrigerate as the sudden temperature change can compromise your candle's performance.

If you notice any "sweat" on the surface, gently wipe the top with a paper towel before use.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unused, unopened items within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us at your store email to initiate a return. For more details, please see our refund policy here.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

Products

What are your candles made of?

Our candles are hand-poured using soy wax produced in the USA with carefully selected fragrance oils. They are free from harmful additives and crafted in small batches for quality control.

We are very selective with our ingredients and all our fragrance oils are third-party tested.

Are they non-toxic? 

We’re committed to creating products with thoughtfully sourced, high-quality ingredients. Our candles are made with carefully selected fragrance oils, cotton wicks, and clean-burning soy wax. We avoid many commonly questioned additives such as phthalates.

 Because fragrance sensitivity varies from person to person, no fragranced product can be universally classified as “non-toxic.” We prioritize ingredient transparency, thoughtful formulation, and high-quality materials in every product we make.

How long do your candles burn?

Burn times vary by size. For our 8oz candles we estimate 40-50 hours of burn time.

Are your products safe for pets?

We always recommend using candles and wax melts with caution around pets, as animals can be more sensitive to fragrance than humans. Keep products out of reach of pets and always burn in a well-ventilated area. If you have concerns about sensitivities, consult your veterinarian before use.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes! We do offer wholesale to a limited number of retailers who align with our brand and product philosophy. If you’re interested in carrying our candles, please contact us with your store details and we’ll review your inquiry.

Candle Care

How do I get the best burn from my candle?

Trim your wick to ¼ inch before each burn. On the first use, allow the wax to melt to the edges of the jar to prevent tunneling. Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

How do I use wax melts?

Place one or two wax melt cubes in a wax warmer. The scent will release as the wax melts. Replace when the fragrance fades.
