REFUND POLICY – VEGTELEN CO
OVERVIEW
At Vegtelen Co, each product is hand-poured in small batches with care and intention. Because of the nature of our products, we handle returns thoughtfully and on a case-by-case basis.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the personal nature of home fragrance products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used items.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
To request assistance, email us at info@vegtelenco.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
ORDER ISSUES
We take care in packing every order, but if something isn’t right, we want to know.
We will gladly replace or refund items that:
- Arrive damaged
- Are defective
- Are incorrect
Requests made outside of the 7-day window may not be eligible.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for:
- Used candles or wax melts
- Products with normal variations in color or scent
- Items damaged due to improper use or handling
- Heat-related changes (such as melting during transit)
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, orders are processed and cannot be changed or canceled.
REFUNDS
If your refund is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or provider
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was due to our error.
