During launches, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as we prepare each order with care.

Shipping times are estimates and vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


DELAYS

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

We will work with you to resolve the issue and, when appropriate, assist in filing a claim with the carrier.


HEAT & WEATHER CONDITIONS

Our products are made from wax and may soften or melt during transit, especially in warmer climates.

By placing an order, you acknowledge this risk. Vegtelen Co is not responsible for heat-related damage during shipping.


INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Vegtelen Co is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it:

  • Check with neighbors or your local carrier
  • Contact your local post office

We are not responsible for stolen packages but will do our best to assist you.
