Each Vegtelen Co product is hand-poured in small batches. Because of this, slight variations in color, finish, and fragrance strength are natural and part of the product’s character.
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your device and settings.
All product descriptions and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at our discretion.
SECTION 3 – PRODUCT USE & SAFETY
Our candles and wax melts are intended for home fragrance use only.
By purchasing our products, you agree to use them responsibly and follow all safety instructions provided on packaging and labeling.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended
- Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials
- Burn candles within sight and on a stable, heat-resistant surface
- Use wax melts only in approved wax warmers
- Do not ingest or apply products to skin
Some individuals may be sensitive to fragrance oils. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Vegtelen Co is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow safety guidelines.
SECTION 4 – ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion, including those suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity.
Orders are not considered accepted until payment has been processed and confirmation has been sent.
Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may not be able to accommodate changes or cancellations once it has been processed.
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Prices do not include taxes, shipping, or applicable fees unless otherwise stated. These will be calculated at checkout.

We carefully pack each order to ensure it arrives safely.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, delays may occur that are outside of our control.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather conditions, or transit issues. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us. We will do our best to help resolve the issue.
Due to the nature of wax products, items may soften or melt during transit in warmer temperatures. Vegtelen Co is not responsible for heat-related damage during shipping.

All content on this site, including our branding, product names, designs, text, and imagery is the property of Vegtelen Co and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
